(2) High speed internet service is a DSL connection, speed choices are listed as maximums,
speed may vary.
(3) Business Class service is for businesses with three or more existing business phone lines
and must be billed to a business account.
(5) Contract must be signed and returned before installation will be scheduled.
(6) No advance payments are required for business class service.
(6r) Advance payment of two months is required for both residential and small business service
for no contract customers only,
(7) Installation includes: connecting one router to one existing phone jack, connecting one router to one
computer connection, connecting all line filters, testing one computer to be sure service works properly.
(8) Contract cancellation fee will apply if customer cancels after 30 days from the date of installation,
cancellation fee does not apply for customer with no contract.
(9) Router choices: Arescom #1060 ADSL G.Lite or Efficient Networks #5851 SDSL, see manuals for details.
(10) Additional installation services available for a fee: installation of any new jacks or wiring, hubs, surge protectors, etc.
(11) Additional networking and computer services available for a fee: connection to local or wide area network.
(12) Other services available: email spooling, email gateway services, email lists, email list servers,
network consulting, web hosting, web-site development, etc.
(13) Technical support available Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Technicians on call after hours for major network outages, call 617-6700 for technical support.
(14) Satisfaction guarantee applies to contract customers only. Try the service for 30 days; router and installation fee
will be refunded if not satisfied for any reason. Router must be returned to stop billing process.
(15) Additional materials are available at current prices including extra wiring, extra jacks, hubs, surge protectors, etc.
(16) $.05/minute after purchased block utilized.
